1. What LYDJ is

LYDJ is a curated discovery platform that aggregates job postings from employers' official career pages. We are not the employer, recruiter, or hiring decision-maker for any listed role, and we don't guarantee a job, interview, or response.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract. Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Sign-in is via one-time email codes; you're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• No scraping, automated bulk access, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• No false information, impersonation, or misuse of others' data.
• Applications are completed on the employer's site, subject to their terms.

4. Job data

Listings are provided "as is" and may be out of date or removed by the employer at any time. Always verify details on the employer's official page before applying.

5. Intellectual property

The LYDJ name, design, and curation are ours. Company names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only — see our About page.

6. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LYDJ is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on any listing.

7. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our principal place of business.
