The team focuses on enhancing Seller and Channel Partner Portal experiences and managing a sophisticated Marketplace API gateway. Utilizing a tech stack that includes Java for backend services and ReactJS for frontend development, the team fosters collaboration and continuous growth. Members engage in designing scalable, reliable systems and contribute to advancing platform capabilities. What you'll do:
- Lead platform engineering efforts to deliver scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and advanced ML frameworks aligned with strategic roadmaps.
- Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and real-time data processing capabilities.
- Architect and implement AI-enhanced applications using modern programming languages and cloud-native principles.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams, promoting best practices and architectural consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and measurable success metrics.
- Own technical deliverables, ensuring quality, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Foster continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge sharing, and adoption of emerging technologies.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience leading platform engineering initiatives, including development of scalable infrastructure and reusable tooling.
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Strong technical leadership skills with a track record of mentoring engineers and influencing architectural decisions.
- Proficiency in managing full software development lifecycles, including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI/ML technologies into software products using languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
