Position Summary...

The MarTech team is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the core CRM platform that powers customer engagement across Walmart U.S., Sam’s Club, and International markets. This role will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the enterprise CRM capabilities that enable personalized, timely, measurable customer communications across lifecycle, promotional, transactional, and retention use cases.This is a high-impact platform role at the intersection of marketing technology, customer data, personalization, automation, experimentation, and global operating scale.
The ideal candidate is a platform product leader who can balance enterprise architecture, marketer usability, data quality, campaign velocity, compliance, and measurable business outcomes.

About the team

The CRM team within the MarTech org is responsible for growing lifetime value of our customers, reducing churn and activating campaigns across all markets. Our broader charter comprises of teams leading marketing automation, campaign activation and marketing mix allocation.

What You’ll Do

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise CRM platform across U.S., Sam’s Club, and International markets. Partner with Marketing, Growth, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Privacy, Legal, and market teams to deliver scalable CRM capabilities. Build platform capabilities that enable lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, orchestration, experimentation, campaign automation, and performance measurement. Drive standardization across markets while allowing flexibility for local business, regulatory, and customer needs. Improve marketer and operator experience by reducing manual effort, improving campaign speed, and enabling reusable templates, journeys, audiences, and automation patterns.

What You’ll bring

8+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in platform, MarTech, CRM, customer engagement, personalization, data, or marketing automation products. Proven ability to define and execute product strategy for complex enterprise platforms. Experience working with large-scale customer data, segmentation, campaign orchestration, marketing channels, experimentation, and analytics. Strong understanding of CRM operating models, lifecycle marketing, personalization, and campaign management workflows. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, analytics, legal, privacy, and business stakeholders.
