About this Role
What you’ll do
- Manage and resolve assigned inventory and invoice-related tickets within agreed SLAs
- Ensure Right First Time (RFT) quality while adhering to defined operational processes
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of inventory systems and processes end-to-end
- Support Order to Cash operations, including billing, provisioning, and lifecycle changes
- Analyse and resolve discrepancies impacting customer billing, services, or inventory records
- Use case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to track, manage, and close requests efficiently
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiency, and risk reduction initiatives
- Support reporting, stakeholder updates, and adoption of operational enhancements
Who you are
- Knowledge of Inventory Management and Order Management processes
- Understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) lifecycle within telecom operations
- Experience working with inventory, billing, or commercial systems in a telecom environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet service level commitments
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a matrix organisation
- Exposure to tools like ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems) is advantageous
- Familiarity with fixed connectivity products, billing, provisioning, or cease operations is beneficial
