About this Role
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and implement applications and AI-driven solutions aligned with the technology roadmap.
- Build and maintain AI and conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365 data sources, REST APIs, and backend systems.
- Deliver client-side development using frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Design and customise SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx.
- Implement workflows using Power Automate / Microsoft Flows.
- Collaborate with service owners, VOIS teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support unit testing and integration testing activities.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues proactively, escalating when required.
- Provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders and team members.
- Contribute to Agile development practices and DevOps methodologies.
Who you are
- Proven experience (5–8 years) in application development and delivery of web-based solutions using SPFx.
- Hands-on experience building AI or conversational agents.
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and agentic AI approaches.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and agent lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular (minimum two project implementations).
- Understanding of prompt design and conversational AI best practices.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and ethical AI implementation.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and SPFx development.
- Awareness of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred).
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
