Role Summary
The Manager, IT Delivery – Agentic AI & Innovation leads a high-performing technical team responsible for designing, developing, and scaling next-generation AI-driven platforms and automation solutions across Corporate Systems and the enterprise.
This role drives enterprise innovation through Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and workflow transformation, enabling measurable business value and improved client outcomes. The position partners with business and technology leaders to reimagine end-to-end processes, advancing beyond traditional automation into autonomous, AI-enabled workflows and decisioning models.
The role aligns to Business Enablement Platforms (BEP) and Enterprise Productivity & Enablement (EP&E) objectives to deliver scalable, secure, and high-value AI solutions, contributing to enterprise-wide productivity, innovation, and value realization targets.
This leader also fosters a culture grounded in innovation, collaboration, and crew development, consistent with BEP’s mission to accelerate high-impact outcomes through agile execution and disruptive technology.
Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Innovation
Define and drive the Agentic AI strategy across BEP platforms, aligning to enterprise and Corporate Systems priorities
Lead the design and implementation of multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows
Advance AI-powered workflow capabilities such as intelligent routing, decision automation, and self-optimizing processes
Build and scale a pipeline of high-impact AI use cases, accelerating time from concept to production
Business Value Delivery
Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI and automation initiatives that generate measurable business value
Drive process reimagination efforts to improve productivity, efficiency, and client experience
Support enterprise value objectives, including AI-driven productivity and automation outcomes
Delivery & Platform Leadership
Lead end-to-end technology delivery across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Oversee delivery of enterprise automation and workflow platforms (e.g., UiPath, Appian, QuickSuite)
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and resilient, meeting operational excellence standards
Drive adoption of AI-assisted development and engineering practices
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with business sponsors, product teams, and enterprise stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic goals
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, enterprise-level solutions
Communicate status, risks, value, and outcomes to senior leadership
People Leadership & Culture
Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing, AI-ready workforce
Establish performance standards, provide coaching, and support career development
Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
Champion BEP values around crew engagement, inclusion, and client focus
Operational Excellence & Governance
Manage delivery metrics, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, risk, and compliance standards
Identify and mitigate risks across the delivery lifecycle
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management, software development, or IT service delivery. Previous leadership experience required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications preferred.
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams
Proven experience in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC best practices
Strong background in enterprise automation and workflow platforms (e.g., UiPath, Appian, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering AI/GenAI-enabled solutions, including agentic or autonomous systems
Knowledge of cloud platforms and data integration (e.g., AWS-based ecosystems)
Familiarity with AI workflow orchestration, APIs, and event-driven architectures
Experience in prompt engineering and LLM-based solution design
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise risk management
Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, PMP, ITIL)
