L4 Marketplace Support & Capability Development Analyst - Partner Engagement

About this Opportunity

In this role, you’ll support Target Plus Support and Capability Development by helping scale how we enable marketplace partners through clear processes, resources, communications and readiness support. This role sits within the Support and Capability Development - Partner Engagement team, which owns the holistic roadmap for improving the partner experience across Target Plus.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Partner Account Management, Creative, and other Target Plus teams. You will help translate business changes and partner needs into clear engagement plans, coordinated execution and measurable partner outcomes.

A successful candidate will be highly organized, comfortable navigating ambiguity, strong in stakeholder management, and able to drive multiple cross-functional efforts with accountability and independence.

Primary Responsibilities

Partner Engagement & Change Support

 Support partner-facing change management for new processes, tools, policies, and operational updates.
 Manage intake, prioritization support, timelines, and status tracking for engagementrequests.
 Partner with SMEs to clarify scope, partner impact, launch timing, and readiness needs.
 Coordinate communications, training needs, FAQs, and resource updates for partner-facing changes.
 Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps that may impact partner readiness or adoption.

Resource & Knowledge Management

 Lead creation, maintenance, and governance of partner-facing resources across Resource Hub, Help Center, LMS, and other channels. 
 Support development and refresh of partner learning materials, including guides, FAQs, training decks, playbooks, and self-service resources. 
 Maintain content inventories, ownership mapping, update routines, and resource freshness tracking. 
 Identify outdated, duplicative, or unclear resources and recommend updates or consolidation. 
 Use partner feedback and support trends to identify self-service improvement opportunities.

Roadmap Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination

 Support execution of the Partner Experience roadmap and related business priorities.
 Coordinate with cross-functional partners to gather inputs, manage reviews, and drive work forward.
 Build strong working relationships across Target Plus teams to improve consistency and accountability.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

 Track adoption, usage, partner feedback, and support signals to assess enablement effectiveness.
 Support reporting routines that connect enablement work to partner experience outcomes.

About You

 Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
 3–5 years of experience in program management, change management, content development and knowledge management, B2B enablement, marketplace operations, e-commerce, or a related field.
 Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to translate complex operational processes into clear, vendor-friendly guidance.
 Ability to navigate ambiguity, clarify scope, and drive work forward independently.
 Strong attention to detail and comfort managing trackers, timelines, workflows, and reporting.
 Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and feedback to identify opportunities.
 Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
 Comfort learning new tools, systems, and business processes.
 Experience with O365 tools, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, and dashboarding tools preferred.
 Experience in training operations, support operations or marketplace environments preferred.
