  • Lead the delivery of multiple upgrade projects across platforms, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  • Build and strengthen external client relationships and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Direct, coach, and support a team of associates delivering client upgrades.
  • Execute code and domain strategies for upgrade projects.
  • Maintain project issue and risk registers, drive mitigation and resolution, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.
