We are seeking an experienced Technical Oracle Health Project Manager to lead and coordinate Oracle Health Millennium projects focused on technical delivery, issue resolution, operational improvements, and client outcomes.

The role is responsible for managing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking risks and dependencies, supporting governance processes, and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives within scope, schedule, and budget. This is a contract role suited for a hands-on project manager with strong healthcare IT experience and working knowledge of Oracle Health Millennium environments.

Responsibilities

  • -Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, manage, and execute project plans aligned to project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and objectives. 
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical resources, subject matter experts, client stakeholders, and business workstreams to drive successful project execution. 
    • Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, action items, issues, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle. 
    • Provide regular project status reporting, including executive-level updates, dashboards, risk logs, mitigation plans, and decision points. 
    • Facilitate project meetings, technical working sessions, stakeholder updates, governance reviews, and escalation discussions. 
    • Drive accountability across project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables, commitments, and project actions. 
    • Develop and maintain project documentation, presentations, reports, SharePoint artifacts, meeting notes, and project governance materials. 
    • Support identification, escalation, and resolution of complex technical, operational, and client-impacting issues. 
    • Ensure adherence to project governance standards, operational processes, security requirements, and organizational policies. 
    • Support Oracle Health implementation, migration, optimization, and transformation initiatives across clinical, technical, and operational environments. 

    4. Qualifications & Skills

    Mandatory

    • 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT, consulting, technical delivery, healthcare operations, or related environments. 
    • Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, technical teams, business teams, and cross-functional workstreams. 
    • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and executive-level reporting. 
    • Strong understanding of Oracle Health Millennium architecture, workflows, implementation processes, or operational environments. 
    • Experience working within healthcare technology, clinical systems, healthcare operations, or large-scale healthcare transformation programs. 
    • Strong project planning, execution, governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. 
    • Experience with risk management, issue management, dependency tracking, change management, and escalation management. 
    • Proficiency with SharePoint administration, document management, Microsoft PowerPoint, project reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations. 
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in fast-paced, complex, and highly regulated environments. 
    • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

    Good-to-Have

    • Oracle Health Millennium migration experience. 
    • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. 
    • Healthcare SaaS migration experience. 
    • Experience supporting acute care, ambulatory, revenue cycle, or clinical operations environments. 
    • Familiarity with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions and implementation methodologies. 
    • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, Citrix, OCI, Azure, or AWS certifications. 
    • Experience with Oracle Health Millennium domains such as PowerChart, FirstNet, SurgiNet, Pharmacy, PathNet, RadNet, Revenue Cycle, Scheduling, MPages, Discern Rules, Discern Explorer/CCL, HealtheIntent, or interoperability platforms.
