This role serves as the Software Engineering Technical Lead for the Advanced Analytics Enablement Product Suite, including Model Factory. The position supports foundational advanced analytics capabilities across the enterprise and partners closely with the Enterprise Analytic Office, citizen analytic developers, and cross functional teams to enable end to end analytical model development and delivery.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Provide technical leadership across the Enterprise Analytics Suite portfolio.
• Coordinate, mentor, and coach technical leads and engineering team members.
• Drive technical uplift initiatives and enhance platform capabilities within the analytics suite.
• Lead teams in delivering high quality, scalable, and cost effective technology solutions.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support both packaged and custom built applications.
• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Provide strategic guidance on technology solutions that support business objectives.
• Drive collaboration, alignment, and execution across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
Preferred Technical Skills and Experience:
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration frameworks.
• Strong programming experience with Python and R.
• Familiarity with APIs and APIGEE.
• Exposure to Generative AI techniques and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for applying secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
Mentors and trains other team members on design techniques, tools and coding standards.
Provides strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals.
Drives cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams.
Analyzes, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards and optimal practices.
Champions the use of DevSecOps practices, tooling and techniques.
Ensures continuous learning and improvement through ongoing training, practice and innovation.
Manages individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
Additional responsibilities may include collaboration across teams and adherence to company standards.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics or related field is strongly preferred.
Experience:
Six years of experience in programming and systems analysis. Three years of experience in project management is preferred.
