The Consultant Technical Lead serves as a key technology partner supporting enterprise platforms across HR, Legal, and Marketing functions, with a strong focus on SaaS integration and scalable solution delivery. This role requires deep experience integrating large SaaS platforms, preferably solutions such as Workday, Salesforce, or Oracle, and partnering across business and technical teams to deliver secure, efficient, and reliable solutions.
This position is a combination of hands on engineering work and technical leadership, requiring someone who can both execute and consult. The individual in this role will lead technical direction, influence architecture and integration strategy, and provide guidance to teams while remaining actively involved in solution design, development, troubleshooting, and delivery.
Strong expertise is needed in API development and integration, software security, Agile delivery methodologies, cloud technologies such as AWS, CI/CD practices, and the full software development lifecycle. Experience with AI assisted engineering practices and modern AI enabled code editors is strongly desired, including the ability to leverage these tools to improve development speed, code quality, automation, and overall engineering efficiency.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for applying secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
Mentors and trains other team members on design techniques, tools and coding standards.
Provides strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals.
Drives cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams.
Analyzes, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards and optimal practices.
Champions the use of DevSecOps practices, tooling and techniques.
Ensures continuous learning and improvement through ongoing training, practice and innovation.
Manages individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
Additional responsibilities may include collaboration across teams and adherence to company standards.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics or related field is strongly preferred.
Experience:
Six years of experience in programming and systems analysis. Three years of experience in project management is preferred.
