We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Security Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to drive customer transformation in our Security Solutions. You will own the customer engagements deliveries, including architecture design sessions, specific implementation project/pilots and helping to remove technical blockers. You will be driving successful customer security outcomes enabled by your design and engagement with key customer teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, a background of deep technical expertise, and success building trusted advisor relationships with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management and Developers. Business Impact Identify resolutions to Customer blockers by leveraging SA subject matter expertise. Deliver according to MS best practices & using repeatable IP. Accelerate Business Value of overall Security adoption by improving security posture and ensuring that the solution exhibits “Secure by Design” framework, such as high-performance levels, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment. Learn It All - Align individual skilling to team/area demands & Customer Success goals. Accelerate customer outcomes - Share expertise, contribute to IP creation & re-use to accelerate customer outcomes. Run Architectural Design Session to build a plan for implementing the solution - governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment. Outcome is consensus on solution design and next steps toward production. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. o Purview Data Security - DLP, MIP and IRM o Defender for Office (MDO) o Defender for Endpoint (MDE o Defender for Identity (MDI) o Defender for Applications o Identity- Entra ID Breadth of technical security experience and knowledge, with depth and Subject Matter Expertise in one or more of the following domains: o Data Security - DLP, MIP and IRM o SIEM and Cloud Security Analytics o Security Operations Center (SOC) o Extended Detection and Response (XDR) o Identity proven ability to map the customer's needs to technical solutions. Empathy, curiosity, and desire to constantly improve, acquire new skills and drive for results. Able to quickly resolve customer escalations by coordinating appropriate resources as needed. Business Value: The ability to convey the business need and value of proposed solutions, plans, and risks to stakeholders and decision makers. This includes the ability to persuade and inform based on facts and alignment with goals and strategy Trusted Advisership: The ability to build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders (e.g., technical decision makers, business decision makers) through an understanding of customer needs and technologies. Situational fluency: Using self-awareness as a mechanism to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues to increase your ability to "read the room." Insightful listening: asking insightful questions to understand the customer needs, issues, business environment and drivers, and going beyond what is said.
