In partnership with each Azure service, identify the billing scenarios and corresponding billing requirements. Work with services across Azure to land the requirements for the usage platform and drive product adoption. Produce user stories and product specifications for responsible areas. Understand top customer pain points and drive resolution through product enhancements, policy and support experience. Triage, prioritize and partner with engineering to deliver the service billing needs. Develop expertise in the Azure cloud business and billing models to drive standardization and simplification of billing to benefit the business and customers. Contribute to generating organization-wide priorities, define project milestones and success criteria. Regularly communicate progress toward goals for periodic project reviews. 8+ years of in program or product management or related experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Mathematics or Physics or IT technical discipline or 8+ years of leading industry engineering experience Customer obsessed, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills across leadership, engineering teams, customers, and partners. Strong data-driven decision making with ability to impact and influence business decisions across boundaries. Experience presenting plans and building consensus with technical leaders Collaboration skills with the ability to influence and drive change broadly across groups Knowledge of security, data privacy and compliance regulations Experience with Data platform technologies is a plus
