Attract, lead and develop and retain top talent. Leading and growing a great team of Technical Program Managers and Product Managers and helping to define team culture. You will facilitate the integration of AI-enabled tools, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance product strategy, customer understanding, prioritization, decision-making, engineering efficiency, incident response, quality and customer outcomes, all while maintaining security, privacy, and compliance standards. Drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of products, aligning cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver high-impact business outcomes. Driving efficiency and quality into engineering processes in partnership with the engineering leads. Foster effective partnerships with teams across the company by aligning, defining, and measuring common goals. Use data to influence & drive decisions. Set priorities for engineering based on a deep understanding of the broader Windows ecosystem and customer scenarios. Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development. 2+ year(s) project or people management experience. 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Ability to build trust with internal and external partners through quality delivery and integrity. Ability to handle critical situations with confidence, directing the team towards effective response. Demonstrating the ability to learn and apply learning to improve business outcomes, positive impact for the team and self. Growth mindset by demonstrating the willingness to be open to new ideas with the ability to lead others along. Proven track record of going technically deep and delivering cloud-scale technologies. Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development. OR equivalent experience. 4+ years people management experience. 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
