Sr Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for foundational cloud infrastructure, deployment, and service-management capabilities. Partner deeply with engineering teams to solve complex problems in deployment, release safety, service reliability, infrastructure management, and developer productivity. Understand the needs of service engineering teams and translate them into scalable platform capabilities rather than point solutions. Build experiences that make it easier and safer for developers to deploy and operate services at cloud scale. Use product telemetry, customer feedback, operational signals, and engineering insights to identify opportunities and measure impact. Drive adoption of platform capabilities across multiple services and engineering teams. Simplify complex technical concepts into clear product priorities, requirements, and executive-level narratives. Work across organizational boundaries to align stakeholders, make thoughtful trade-offs, and drive results. Applying AI to operational signals, deployment data, incidents, logs, and engineering knowledge to surface actionable insights. We are specifically looking for a PM who believes AI and agents can fundamentally change how cloud infrastructure is built and operated. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management . These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Solid product management experience delivering technically complex products or platforms. Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams on cloud services, infrastructure platforms, developer platforms, distributed systems, reliability, or related areas. Solid product thinking with the ability to move between customer problems, technical architecture, product strategy, and execution. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and create clarity and direction. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior engineering and product stakeholders. Solid analytical skills and a track record of using data to inform product decisions. Experience with large-scale cloud infrastructure or platform products. Understanding of CI/CD, deployment systems, service reliability, observability, incident management, or infrastructure automation. Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools and AI-assisted product development. Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, retrieval-based systems, evaluation, and modern AI application architectures. Experience building products for developers or technical users. Ability to prototype ideas using AI-assisted development tools, scripting, data analysis, or lightweight application development. Experience driving platform adoption across multiple engineering organizations.
