Develops and applies software engineering methods to support MaskTech Systems product development, working on applications and automation using Java, Python, Perl, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL. Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and automations. * Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices. * Debug issues and support application stability. * Collaborate with team members and participate in code reviews. AI-Enabled Development * Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to assist with coding, debugging, and documentation. * Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve productivity using AI. * Validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, and alignment with requirements. Learning & Growth * Build strong software engineering fundamentals. * Continuously learn new technologies and AI-assisted development practices.
