Job Description Key Responsibilities AI Infrastructure Enablement & Customer Support * Support AI infrastructure platforms used for semiconductor and HPC workloads, including Claude-enabled services via AWS Bedrock. * Debug, identify and fix, and resolve complex issues related to AI model access, performance, integration, and reliability. * Act as a senior technical point of contact for internal and external customers adopting AI solutions. * Partner with customers and internal application teams to onboard, enable, and optimize AI workloads. * AI agents development and market place deployment knowledge is a plus. HPC Infrastructure Support * Support Micron’s HPC infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and scheduling environments. * Assist in integrating AI workloads into traditional HPC platforms and workflows. * Drive guidelines for reliability, scalability, security, and performance across AI and HPC systems. * Participate in system tuning, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration & Documentation * Collaborate with cloud, security, networking, and product teams to deliver compliant and adaptable AI systems. * Develop and maintain user documentation, operational runbooks, and customer-facing guides. * Mentor engineers early in their careers and contribute to team knowledge growth. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject area. * Hands-on experience supporting AI or cloud infrastructure in production environments. * Experience with AWS services, including exposure to managed AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock. * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues. * Experience developing or supporting AI-driven applications or agents. * Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python, Bash, or equivalent). * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with customer-facing experience. Preferred Qualifications * Strong background in HPC infrastructure, including: * HPC schedulers (LSF, Slurm, or similar) * Parallel file systems and high-speed interconnects * Experience supporting semiconductor or EDA workloads. * Familiarity with containers and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) in HPC or AI environments. * Experience publishing applications or agents to internal or external marketplaces. * Prior experience supporting hybrid or multi-cloud environments. Expected Impact * Enable reliable and scalable AI infrastructure adoption across Micron and its customers. * Reduce time-to-resolution for AI and HPC-related issues. * Drive adoption of AI agents that accelerate semiconductor and HPC workflows. * Improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through proactive enablement and support.
