The position leads or assists in data transformation initiatives, including process redesign, technology adoption, and change management. The individual collaborates with business, technology teams, data owners and AI/ML teams to understand/provide data requirements and deliver effective solutions. Key responsibilities include facilitating the use of advanced analytics and data visualization tools, monitoring and improving data quality, and establishing and enforcing data governance. The role also involves managing project timelines and resources, developing documentation and promoting data literacy across the organization. 

As an Analytics Solutions - Associate within the organization, you will play a key role in promoting the organization’s data initiatives by developing and executing data strategies, leading transformation projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes, ensure data quality, and enhance data-promoten decision making.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating and implementing Markets-wide data strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead or support data transformation initiatives, including process redesign, technology adoption, and change management.

  • Work closely with business and technology teams and data owners to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

  • Support the establishment and enforcement of data governance policies, standards, and best practices.

  • Monitor and improve data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.

  • Facilitate the adoption of advanced analytics, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources for data-related initiatives.

  • Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct workshops to promote data literacy and transformation adoption.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, or related field with financial or analytical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in data strategy, data management, analytics, or finance transformation roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis languages.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Data Bricks, AWS).
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data architecture concepts.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Qlik Sense, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is a plus.
