- Lead the development and implementation of application solutions for Honeywell products
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies
Qualifications
- YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum of 2 years in application engineering or a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive results
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for innovation and continuous learning
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
