As a Data Management Specialist I, you will support a broad range of services including new hire record creation, data changes, leave of absence, Mass loads, Audits, handling critical customer queries, issues and other human resource administrative processes. You will provide human resource services delivering positive results to the human resources function, employees, and managers. You will provide guidance and support to quickly resolve employee questions while directing employees to proper delivery channels.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Change
Actively support and implement organizational changes related to data management. This includes adopting new tools, transitioning to improved HRIS systems, and embracing updated policies. Partner with HR, IT, and Operations teams to ensure smooth change adoption and communicate impacts clearly to stakeholders.
2. Improve Processes
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks in existing data workflows, employee record processes, and HR operational activities. Propose enhancements, document improved procedures, and collaborate with internal SMEs to drive higher accuracy, consistency, and speed in data management tasks.
3. Advise Stakeholders
Serve as a trusted advisor to HR partners, managers, and employees by offering expert guidance on data-related queries, HRIS navigation, compliance requirements, and system capabilities. Provide data insights that support decision-making across HR functions.
4. Deliver Solutions
Resolve data issues, troubleshoot HR system problems, and recommend actionable solutions to maintain data integrity. Support end users by addressing system errors, processing corrections, or escalating technical issues to relevant teams.
5. Manage Data
Perform core data administration tasks such as new hire record creation, data corrections, organizational updates, leave transactions, and periodic audits. Ensure all employee information is accurate, compliant, and aligned with standards in HR systems like HRIS, Oracle, or other enterprise tools.

Support HR operations by handling routine data administration tasks, managing documentation, processing employee requests, and ensuring smooth execution of HR service activities. Coordinate with

Review and validate HR data for accuracy, ensuring employee records, updates, and transactions meet quality standards. By identifying recurring data issues and recommending corrective actions.
8.Standardized processes:
Support development and continuous improvement of process documentation, SOP updates, ensuring all steps are clearly defined, and aligned with HR operations data standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRS systems- SNOW, HCM, Salesforce, PeopleSoft.
