- Develop and execute business plans to achieve organizational goals
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data driven insights
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities
- Lead and manage the Integrated Supply Chain Finance team, providing financial guidance and support to drive business performance and profitability.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize supply chain operations and improve cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Chartered accountant
- 10-13 years of FP&A or business finance experience
- Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis
- Proven track record in margin analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/planning tools (SAP, Hyperion, etc
