As a Housekeeping Associate, you’re not just ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed
- Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
- Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Housekeeping department
- Prior housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred, especially in hospitality.
- Ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
- Courteous and professional when interacting with guests.
- Efficient in completing tasks within set timeframes.
- Works well with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
- Available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
