You will develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and boost revenue for our food and beverage outlets. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. As a Food & Beverage Sales AM, you’re not just developing sales strategies – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Sales Development: Ability to formulate and execute strategic sales plans to attract new clients and increase revenue for food and beverage outlets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, ranging from small gatherings to large-scale functions.
- Market Analysis: Capability to monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiation: Negotiate and secure favorable terms and close deals with clients.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales or coordination role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language. Proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
- CRM Systems: Familiarity in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage guest interactions is advantageous.
