Provide operational support across Banking & Treasury activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, bank reconciliations, cash management, banking transactions, and query resolution. The role will also support financial control across Finance ERP systems, ensuring compliance with established processes, procedures, and control requirements.

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Analyst is responsible for executing routine financial operations and reconciliations as per defined processes and checklists. Responsibilities include:

    • Maintaining daily processing of all insurance-related financial transactions and controls
    • Identifying adjustments through reconciliations as needed and posting in SAP
    • Completion of month-end close including posting of SAP journals
    • Month-end activities, reporting, and tracking financial transactions
    • Analyzing variances in balance sheet accounts and ledgers
    • Validation of refund details and internal reviews
    • Managing employee records of joiners and leavers
    • Ensuring adherence to business policies and procedures while liaising with customers
    • Preparing balance sheet reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating resolution
    • Periodic review and follow-up on aged reconciling items
    • Maintaining exception logs for process-related issues
    • Providing audit support including working papers and summary reports

Qualifications

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Preferred 3–6 years’ experience in finance or accounting
    • SAP experience desirable
