Senior Executive

We are seeking a Senior Executive to lead the Credit Control function within our Insurance P&C vertical. The role requires fluency in Spanish to manage collections, cash application, and dispute resolution for our Spanish‑speaking client base, ensuring timely cash flow and compliance with policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• • Oversee end‑to‑end credit control activities for Spanish‑language accounts.
  • Manage collections, cash application, and reconciliation processes.
  • Coordinate with underwriting and underwriting finance to assess credit risk.
  • Resolve payment disputes and liaise with customers in Spanish.
  • Monitor aging reports and implement action plans to reduce DSO.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present credit control performance metrics to senior management.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on credit control best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (billing, finance, claims) to streamline cash flow.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in credit control, collections, or cash application.
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) with strong business communication skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with insurance P&C credit processes preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Indian financial regulations and insurance industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high‑pressure situations.
  • Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
