Analyst

Manage operational delivery and stakeholder relationships for assigned clients. Provide specialized consulting advice based on engagement requirements and support executive-level decision-making.

Responsibilities

• • Independently elicit requirements from the Claims business and translate business needs into strong reporting designs. 

  • Define a target-state insights capability — not simply replicating existing reports, but identifying missing insights, prioritising them with the business, and mapping the path to an optimal solution. 

  • Deliver hands-on in Power BI, from wireframing and prototyping through to finalised, production-grade reports (both enhancements and new builds). 

  • Act as the senior reporting lead and single credible partner for the Claims team, setting direction and driving work forward proactively. 

Qualifications

• • Power BI — hands-on, from wireframing through to finalised, production-grade reports (enhancements and new builds). 

  • Data, analytics and reporting design — able to structure data and insights effectively. 

  • Data governance and quality awareness - ensuring outputs are trustworthy. 

  • Ability to build wireframes and prototypes quickly to validate requirements with the business.
