The General Analytics Fresher will work closely with business and operational teams to transform data into meaningful insights that support business objectives. The role involves data collection, validation, analysis, dashboard preparation, reporting, and identifying trends that can improve operational efficiency and business performance.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn analytical tools and techniques. Responsibilities

    • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
    • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders.
    • Support the development and maintenance of business intelligence reports and data visualizations.
    • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
    • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-making.
    • Ensure data integrity and maintain documentation of reports and analytical processes.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
    • Stay updated on analytics tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.

    Educational Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
    • 0–1 year of experience in Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or related areas.
    Technical Skills
    • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and statistical techniques.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis).
    • Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and querying.
    • Exposure to visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is preferred.
    • Familiarity with Python, R, or other analytical tools is an added advantage.
