Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and tracking
- Maintain and organize internal project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Drive process clean-up and streamline workflows for better operational efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and proactively address blockers
- Ensure adherence to project governance and reporting standards
- Facilitate regular status updates and stakeholder communication
Qualifications
3–6 years of relevant PMO, project coordination, project management, or program management experience
Candidates are expected to have experience with:
- Project planning and scheduling
- Budget tracking and financial reporting
- Risk and issue management
- Resource planning
- Portfolio reporting and governance
