As Claims Specialist , the resource will have to manage time sensitive requests, operate with sense of urgency while providing technical, administrative & clerical support to all business unit adjusters as assigned.
Request, gather and coordinate data/information, prepare summary reports, track/maintain records, and coordinate the administration of department function(s) with other areas.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
· Ability to pivot quickly and focus on urgent requests.
· Process File copy requests
· Matching and assigning correct claim numbers Issuing Demands or Deductibles.
· Typing handwritten contents from insured into CCC for Issuing Deductibles.
· Managing incoming requests.
· Upload documents to claims.
· Interacting with claim adjuster for claim as required.
· Research and issue correct Deductibles or demands to the customers on claims as relevant.
· Setting up and assigning Respondent Arbitration
· Perform other administrator activities as assigned
Qualifications
Graduates with Insurance Knowledge would be preffered
