Cloud Principal Architect:
As a senior cloud professional with large breadth and depth in cloud, leads the team (as well as performs individually) with business solution teams and clients to understand, elicit and capture both functional and non-functional solution requirements. Designs and implements cloud solutions for the organization, ensuring the smooth functioning of cloud systems with minimal downtime. Evaluate and select cloud providers, develop architectural blueprints, establish best practices for cloud adoption, and work with business application teams and infrastructure engineering teams effectively deliver scalable, resilient and high performing business solutions. Establishes best practices, contributes to overall cloud strategy and mentors junior architects.
Responsibilities
Critical thought leader in overall GCP, AWS and Cloud Automation architectures;
Applies industry best practices, architecture and design elements to meeting both BU needs and enterprise risk & governance (including security);
Actively represent Global Technology in all BU engagements; Understands all aspects of operational delivery (ITIL, etc.);
Proactively leads direction on areas of improvement, innovation and future roadmap of EXL cloud environments;
Effectively communicate initiatives, roadmaps & plans for c-suite leadership;
Actively lead UC team and GT teams across the organization in cloud enhancement, process refinement or other strategic area within GT
Qualifications
Graduate or Equivalent Experience 15 Years
Professional Cloud Architect certification in GCP, AWS
