Lead Assistant Manager

• Develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable backend services for web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs for efficient communication between front-end and back-end services.
• Maintain and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL) for performance and scalability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices using modern DevOps tools.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications across multiple environments.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve development practices

Responsibilities

• • Skills:

     

  • Must have: 
  • Back-End: Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, AWS services - Lambda, S3, Dynamo db, Systems manager, CloudWatch, API gateway
  • APIs: Ability to design, build, and consume RESTful APIs.
  • Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • Version Control: Experience with Git / Azure DevOps or equivalent.
  • CI/CD: Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, PyTest).
  • Awareness of security best practices and performance tuning

Qualifications

• • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and Agile development practices.
