Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of overall IT experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure support roles.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services including:
- EC2
- S3
- IAM
- CloudWatch
- VPC
- Lambda (basic understanding)
- Basic to intermediate experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools:
- Terraform
- CloudFormation
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as:
- GitHub Actions
- Jenkins
- GitLab CI/CD
- Azure DevOps
- Basic understanding of containerization technologies:
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Experience with Linux systems and shell scripting.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud security basics.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong willingness to learn cloud-native and AI platform technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to AWS-based DevOps environments or cloud platform support.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK/OpenSearch.
- Exposure to AI/ML platforms, Databricks, or cloud-native AI services is an added advantage.
- AWS Associate-level certification is preferred.
Good to Have
- Basic understanding of DevSecOps practices.
- Exposure to GitOps workflows and deployment automation.
- Familiarity with operational support processes and incident management.
- Understanding of cloud cost optimization basics.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI platform environments is a plus.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support provisioning and maintenance of AWS cloud infrastructure environments.
- Assist in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment activities for platform services and applications.
- Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Assist with container deployment and management using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Support IAM configuration, user access management, and security policy implementation.
- Monitor infrastructure health, deployment pipelines, and operational alerts.
- Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and environment-related issues.
- Support automation scripting for operational and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on cloud platform initiatives and environment standardization activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in release management, deployment validation, and operational support activities.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise security, governance, and operational standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering 5-8 years
