Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide resolution to the queries from the generic mailbox.
- Liaison with operation in the successful completion of the Employee Change Authorization (ECA) form
- Review onboarding pending hires and report to operation and recruiting any issues
- Release pending new hires for completion of onboarding
- Support incoming requests for support from employees and/or management
- Send weekly headcount reports to stations
- Maintain employee records and files for reference and auditing needs
- Liaise with external partners for training and policy updates
- Assist with reporting requests
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
- Assist with other projects as they arise
Qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Possess 2-4 years of hands-on experience in working with SAP in US – Payroll process.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
