Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide resolution to the queries from the generic mailbox.
  • Liaison with operation in the successful completion of the Employee Change Authorization (ECA) form
  • Review onboarding pending hires and report to operation and recruiting any issues 
  • Release pending new hires for completion of onboarding 
  • Support incoming requests for support from employees and/or management 
  • Send weekly headcount reports to stations 
  • Maintain employee records and files for reference and auditing needs 
  • Liaise with external partners for training and policy updates 
  • Assist with reporting requests
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience 
  • Assist with other projects as they arise 

Qualifications:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Possess 2-4 years of hands-on experience in working with SAP in US – Payroll process.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.

    Shift hours: 4 pm to 1 am
