This role executes on the OCM strategy, partners with executives and business leaders to deliver best-in-class engagement, communications, training, and readiness activities aligned with transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and implement the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with transformation leads, business sponsors, and technology teams to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop comprehensive change management plans, including communication, training, and resistance management.
- Drive engagement through change networks, champion programs, and executive communications.
- Create and maintain standardized OCM templates and frameworks for scalable delivery.
- Measure adoption and resistance, iterating plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver training programs.
- Integrate OCM activities into PMO governance structures and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Foresee and manage risks and issues for internal and external OCM implementations.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management with a strong background in enterprise transformation.
- Proficiency in change management frameworks such as PROSCI, ACMP, ADKAR, or similar.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills to drive stakeholder alignment and change adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Expertise in OCM elements: human-centered design, communications, sponsorship, readiness assessments, adoption metrics, and go-live support.
- Excellent consultation and project management skills with a focus on business impact and solving complex problems.
