Ensure the accuracy and completeness of bank transactions by reconciling bank statements with bank GL accounts. This role involves identifying and resolving discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting financial reporting processes. Ensure timely processing of all daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc payments.
Responsibilities
Perform daily, weekly, or monthly bank reconciliations to match bank statements with internal accounting records.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank balances and General Ledger, including missing transactions and errors.
Identify root cause of recurring discrepancies and highlight the same in reconciliation reports / summary
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degree in commerce or finance or semi-qualified professional accountant (Graduate (Finance) , Post-Graduate (Finance) , BBA, MBA, CA Intermediate, CMA Intermediate, CS Intermediate) 3 - 5 years
