Responsibilities
- 0-1 years’ experience on HR backend operations (in employee life cycle like Recruitment Onboarding, Employee data base management, Performance management, and Learning management)
- Good knowledge of Hire to Retire processes & applications in the US
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word and Outlook
- Should be expert in Excel or should have advance excel knowledge
- Good Communicational, Interpersonal, Analytical and Problem Solving skills
- Managing Client deliverables through on-time and quality delivery
- Daily communications with onsite team
- Liaising with Local HRBP for query resolution and for data collation for reporting
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any degree
- 0 to 1 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in a shared service or third-party support Industry preferred.
