  • Prepare forms and rules filings in collaboration with the onshore stakeholders
  • Perform state-specific research to support new or revised filings. Interpret ISO/NCCI circulars, bulletins, or manual updates
  • Analyze recent and emerging regulatory changes to proactively recommend necessary form and rule updates to maintain compliance and competitive positioning
  • Create redlined or annotated versions to highlight changes from previously approved versions
  • Design & draft policy forms using tools like Documaker, ensuring adherence to company formatting standards (e.g., font size, margins, spacing, pagination) and content rules (e.g., mandatory clause, prohibited terms, disclaimers)
  • Draft cover letters, filing memoranda articulating filing purpose, changes, and effective dates along with other supporting documents
  • Complete required forms, checklists, and certifications

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in engineering, economics, mathematics, actuarial sciences, or similar technical degree. Master’s in business or financial management is also suitable
    • 2-4 years’ experience, with good understanding of P&C actuarial concepts - pricing
    • Exposure to US general insurance market
    • Proficiency in Excel, VBA Macros, Documaker, Jira
    • Strong ability to learn technical and business knowledge
