Lead Assistant Manager

• Initiate cross training and create adequate back-ups.
• Having strong conceptual accounting and analysis skills
• Design and/or prepare training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices, ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies. 
• Ensure the activities are performed in accordance with compliance rules & agreed terms (internal and external)
• Ensure adherence to published procedures, timescales, and regulatory authority.
• Analyze and research all discrepancies/exceptions in the process. 
• Perform month/quarter-end activities as per documented procedures.
• Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor to help to identify inefficiencies in the process and assist to drive process improvements activities.
• Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in R2R function. Role involves managing month-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Candidate with strong accounting knowledge, attention to details, and experience in handling stakeholder queries are preferred. Knowledge of insurance industry.

Qualifications

• Education Requirements

  Commerce Graduate, CA (inter)/ MBA Finance is preferable with minimum of 15 years of formal education
