  • Review and analyze patient medical records to extract relevant clinical information in line with defined guidelines and criteria.
  • Apply clinical knowledge and judgment to accurately interpret diagnoses, treatments, and patient history.
  • Summarize key medical insights in a clear, concise, and structured format for further review or decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation protocols, and data confidentiality requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to clarify clinical details and maintain high-quality output within defined timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Skills and abilities:

    1. Strong personal and professional ethics    
    2. Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills    
    3. Must have a strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements    
    4. Working within the timelines and getting necessary sign-off on each stages of work from stakeholders 
    5. Maintenance and updating reports as required     
    6. Must ensure meeting productivity and quality targets     
    7. Must ensure availability for meeting/calls as required         
    8. Work independently and as a team    
    9. Liaison with the program/project manager as required    
    10. Good team player & collaborative in approach    
    11. Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs

Qualifications

  • Qualifications:

    MBBS in India or MD (foreign medical graduates)    

    MCI license – preferred, not mandatory     

    Prior experience with US health care preferred (not mandatory)     

    Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PPT)    

    Experience:

    Clinical experience: Minimum 1 year

    Auditing experience (Optional) 

    Communication Skill:  

    Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills 

    Working Hours:

    1. 40 hours per week as Full-time employee
    2. Shift time: 08:00AM TO 05:00PM IST
    3. Weekends Off 

    Telecommuter/Internet requirements, if applicable:

    1. High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband
    2. Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy
