Bilingual Call Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish, handling inbound and outbound calls, and assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests. The ideal candidate possess strong communication skills in both languages, have a customer-focused attitude, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Customer Interaction Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish, providing accurate and timely information to customers. Data Entry Accurately input and update customer information and call interactions into our system. Compliance Adhere to comp policies and procedures, including maintaining uptodate knowledge of compliance regulations and privacy standards ensuring data integrity and confidentiality (HIPAA.) Productivity meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
