Data Center Sales Executive (DCSE) – West BFSI

What you’ll achieve
You will accelerate growth of Dell’s Infrastructure Solutions portfolio across the West BFSI market by enabling customers to modernize their data center environments, strengthen cyber resilience, and adopt multicloud and AI-ready infrastructure, while influencing and advancing complex digital transformation initiatives through strategic stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
You will:
- Drive sales growth for Dell data center solutions across BFSI accounts in West India, building a strong and accurate pipeline
- Identify, develop, and close opportunities across servers, storage, data protection, HCI, and AI-ready infrastructure
- Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and procurement teams
- Partner cross-functionally with account teams, presales, services, and partners to create winning strategies and proposals
- Lead customer engagements on data center transformation, cloud, cyber resilience, and AI readiness while positioning Dell as a strategic advisor

Essential Requirements- Bachelor’s degree with 12–15 years of enterprise technology sales experience across data center, infrastructure, or cloud solutions
- Proven experience selling into BFSI customers in India (West India preferred)
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise environments
- Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and manage long sales cycles
- Excellent consultative selling, communication, and collaboration skills with experience working across internal teams and partner ecosystems
Desirable Requirements
- Experience selling Dell Technologies or comparable enterprise infrastructure solutions, with understanding of BFSI buying cycles and regulatory expectations
- Exposure to AI infrastructure, cyber recovery, multicloud, and data center modernization initiatives
