Responsible for a set of products and services, they get to know their portfolio inside and out. Our Inside Sales teams rely on them for technical advice during the sales process. They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability. Crucially, however complex the question, they’re ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web or email.
What you’ll achieve:
As a Specialist, you will own a defined product set, responding to customer inquiries with accurate configurations and clear guidance. You will collaborate with Inside Sales to qualify needs, prepare quotes, and ensure availability and delivery expectations. You will contribute to playbooks and knowledge articles that improve team efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities
- You will:
- Build configurations and quotes; validate pricing, promotions, and lead-times in CPQ.
- Perform discovery to align features to use-cases; explain differences and upsell options.
- Maintain CRM hygiene (notes, next steps); follow through on escalations to closure.
- Create quick references and FAQs for common scenarios.

Essential Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of networking, switching, routing, and data center infrastructure concepts
- Exposure to enterprise networking environments, network operations, or infrastructure support
- Familiarity with troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of networking environments is beneficial
- Backgrounds in network support, data center operations, infrastructure administration, or adjacent technical roles are well aligned
Desirable Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering or related field.
- Exposure to CRM/CPQ and inventory/pricing systems.
