As an Account Executive, you will drive strategic growth across the most complex partner accounts and territories. You will build executive relationships, structure joint plans, and lead large, multi-year opportunities. You will mentor peers and set best practices for deal strategy and partner collaboration.

Responsibilities

    • Own executive relationships and multi-year joint business plans with top partners 
    • Lead complex pursuits and negotiations with cross-functional teams 
    • Forecast with precision and maintain exemplary CRM discipline 
    • Mentor account teams and share best practices across the region

    Essential Requirements 

    • 12-15 years of field sales experience for Outside Sales 
    • Proven success exceeding quotas in complex indirect sales environments 
    • Expert negotiation and executive communication skills 
    • Mastery of pipeline management and forecasting in CRM systems 
    • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and partners 

    Desirable Requirements 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field 
    • Sales certifications or advanced negotiation training
