Key Responsibilities

Perform Details analysis of FullStory report and Video streams.
Configure various funnels, Segments and other FullStory component Reports suitable and efficient for analysis.
Understand DAZN Product flow and variations so that appropriate Search configuration can be done in FullStory.
Generate Details and High-level Executive report for stakeholder distribution

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Having Certification in FullStory product suite
Total 3+ years of experience with 2+ years of relevant exp in FullStory tool as an expert user of this.
Good understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing principles.
Familiarity with Analytics using Google Analytic to perform funnel analysis and various comparative analysis.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
