Key Responsibilities: -
- Identify, engage and onboard experienced brokers and channel partners in Mumbai
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with brokers to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.
- Conduct training and product knowledge sessions for channel partners to ensure effective sale.
- Strategize and implement channel sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and broker activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to organize events, promotions, and campaigns through the broker network.
Qualifications:-
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, to property developers / Builders.
- Based in Mumbai with strong market knowledge and established networks across South and Western Mumbai.
- Candidates should ideally come from a reputed real estate developer or channel sourcing background with proven experience in the Mumbai market.
- Should reflect steady career progression with consistent growth in responsibilities and compensation over the course of their career.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
