Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a closely related marketing role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer events and employee engagement programs.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events and conferences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design tools.
  • Familiarity with social media management.
  • Exposure to demand generation workflows or CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Prior experience working in a B2B technology or enterprise software environment.

Event Management

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and business partners to plan and execute Cadence-hosted events, industry conferences, webinars, and internal employee engagement programs.
  • Own end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue management, attendee registration, and on-site execution.
  • Partner with the demand generation team to track and report on event-sourced leads (MQLs).
  • Capture post-event performance data and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.

Social Media

  • Support Cadence's regional social media presence across platforms, maintaining alignment with global brand voice and audience engagement goals.
  • Manage content calendars in collaboration with external agencies, ensuring timely and on-brand publishing.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies based on data.
  • Collaborate with employees and internal stakeholders to develop testimonials, video campaigns, and creative assets that strengthen employer branding.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with cross-functional teams — including Sales, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, and HR — to support campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to raise purchase orders and source marketing collateral and promotional items.
  • Liaise with the finance and accounts team to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.
  • Assist in maintaining marketing project timelines and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
